Why

In a land far, far away, where the sun dipped below the horizon like a bloated orange sinking into a murky pond, there lived a young princess named Aurelia. She was not your average princess, as she had no interest in dresses or jewels or attending lavish balls. Instead, she spent her days exploring the vast, untamed wilderness that surrounded the castle, her emerald eyes wide with wonder at the sight of towering trees, rushing rivers, and majestic beasts that roamed freely. It was on one such adventure that she stumbled upon a hidden clearing, its floor carpeted with soft, springy moss and its branches adorned with the most magnificent roses she had ever seen. As she knelt down to get a closer look at the roses, a strange, ethereal music filled the air, as if the flowers themselves were singing a song only she could hear. The melody was so hauntingly beautiful that it sent shivers down her spine, and she found herself unable to tear her eyes away from the enchanting sight before her.

As the music reached its crescendo, a gust of wind swept through the clearing, scattering the petals of the roses like glittering stars across the forest floor. And then, as quickly as it had begun, the music faded away, leaving only the sounds of the forest in its place. Aurelia blinked, her eyes focusing on a single rose petal that had landed at her feet. It was unlike any rose she had ever seen before - its petals were the color of midnight, and they glistened with a mysterious, iridescent sheen. Intrigued, she reached out to touch it, only to feel a strange tingling sensation course through her fingers. As she stared at the petal, transfixed, she couldn't shake the feeling that something important was about to happen.
